Shipping UK
We ship daily Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), shipping cut-off time is 1.30 pm orders placed after this time will be shipped the next Working Day.
Shipping options available are as follows:
Option 1: £4.95, 1st Class with proof of delivery, this is the RM24 Service with expected delivery between 1-3 working days from posting. We give paid shipping priority over other delivery options and endeavour to ship orders which are made before 1.30 pm on the same day. All orders will be shipped within 24 hrs of processing (excluding bank holidays and weekends). PLEASE NOTE DURING THE ONGOING COVID RESTRICTIONS YOU MAY NOT BE REQUIRED TO SIGN FOR YOUR PARCEL, please read our terms and conditions and the Royal Mail website for further guidance on this.
Option 2: Free Shipping is applicable for orders over £20.00. Such orders will be aimed to be shipped within 48 hrs of processing (excluding bank holidays and weekends).
Both services are not a fully tracked service the tracking shows if the item has been delivered or delivery has been attempted.
Option 3: £5.05, No Signature Required Tracked, with expected delivery between 1-3 business days. Please note if you choose this option, tracking will show as delivered only.
Option 4: £8.55, Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 1.30 pm to receive on the next working day, any orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next working day (please note we do not ship on a Saturday or Sunday). If ordered on a Friday this does not guarantee a Saturday delivery. This is a fully tracked service allowing you to check the Royal Mail website.
Please note, that Next Day Delivery does not include delivery on Bank Holidays or Weekends.
You will be auto-emailed with a Royal Mail reference number where you’ll be able to check on your parcel’s delivery status on the Royal Mail website. Please note these emails sometimes go into junk/spam mail if the email goes there please mark it as not junk.
IMPORTANT: Please check the tracking after a few days of posting if you have not received your order as Royal Mail doesn’t always leave a while you were out card, orders returned to us and re-posted will be subject to a £4.95 re-shipping fee. If you opt for a refund instead of re-shipping you will be charged a restocking and refund processing fee of £3.00.
Shipping Outside UK
Please note for orders shipped outside of the UK, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout via Royal Mail 1st Class International Signed. Delivery time will be dependent on location and local restrictions in place due to “COVID” and “BREXIT”.*
EU Countries Courier option is available, such prices will be calculated at checkout.
* We cannot guarantee these delivery times as we have no control over the postal companies involved.
Returns Policy
In the event you would like to return your order, you may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of the Delivery Date for a full refund. Where applicable, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 Working Days of giving your package to the return us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please note, that this time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 Business Days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 Business Days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 Business Days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the “My Account” menu and click the “Return Item(s)” button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
